This summer I was honored to be a bridesmaid in my dear friend Becca's wedding. It was such a beautiful day. Becca and Joel have such a wonderful, God honoring relationship and it is just going to be soooo exciting to see how they will be used for the Kingdom. And they're both pretty and fun to take pictures of. :)
I didn't have my camera with me for most of the day but was able to get some shots of the getting-ready process and a little after the ceremony. Brian Cowen was their photographer and just from the couple pictures I've seen, he did a great job! I'm excited to see the rest. Rebecca had sooo many fun details that I'm regretting now not taking pictures of. There were wild flowers and tea cups, lights and jars, cameras and suitcases, and a whole coffee bar! They also had several musicians playing and it was just a really cool ceremony and reception.
Anyway, here are a couple of the pictures I have. Hope you like!

David & Ashley
On May 30th, I had the privilege to help with some photos for my friends David and Ashley on their wedding day. Originally they asked if I could just play violin during the ceremony, and then I asked if they wouldn't mind me taking pictures too. They already had a photographer but were so gracious to let me shoot the getting ready time and the party after the ceremony. I'm so grateful for this kind of thing because practice is the only way I'm going to get better and I'll take as much as I can get. :) And it was a lot of fun!
